How it works
The music will lead the children through a series of warm up exercises.
What to do in the class
Talk to the group about why sport is good for you in very simple terms. Explain that people who do sport need to warm up their bodies and muscles beforehand and that we are going to practice some warm up moves. Put the music on and go for it.
