Trish took us through all the new material, including:

Baby Class Discussion

_MG_1139small

We discussed how you were finding your baby classes, in particular if parents thought they were value for money, if the length of the class was right, if the activities were varied and stimulating enough and if you had enough choice.

Your feedback was very positive, and you agreed that the timings were right (a localised issue around timings experienced by one franchisee wasn’t experienced more widely). You said parents did enjoy the classes and that you had ample, good quality content to choose from when planning your classes. You did emphasis the need to include lots of movement in your classes as this was the key differentiator from other baby focused classes. You also found parents of new babies really appreciated the opportunity to learn traditional songs and rhymes which they themselves had missed out on. If anyone else has any feedback they would like to add, please email Rebecca.

You can view the video of the discussion here.

Group Discussion

We had a great discussion based on your questions and the feedback for this section of the training was extremely positive. We will repeat this activity in further training sessions. You can view the discussion here:

Birthday Party Plans

We then went through the plans for our 10th Birthday Celebrations and your class parties. We asked all franchisees to run MAD Academy birthday parties in class during our birthday week (starting 18th May 2015) and to run a Facebook Competition that week. Head Office will pay £10 to boost all of your competitions that week. You will find more details on all the birthday plans and how to run your competitions here.
