May Week 5 to 6 Summer Term 21 to 22 Ensure Summer Courses are advertised in PAID media
May Half Term 23 Prepare re-enrolment letters and marketing letters to P’s and E’s dating back 12 months, include marketing for Summer Courses in all mail if running.
Jun Week 7 to 10 Summer Term 24 to 26 Issue re-enrolment letters for Autumn Term. Contact toddler groups, pre-schools and nurseries & ask if they would take more leaflets & send out (include marketing for Toddler group Xmas Parties)
Jul Week 11 to 13 Summer Term 27 to 30 Issue letters to P’s and E’s for Autumn Term. Ensure listing details are correct on all free websites, especially WO4LOs and All4kids ready for next term.
Jul Week 1 to 2 Summer Holidays 31 to 32 Take your Summer holiday!!! – remember to plan for this somewhere!!
Aug Week 3 to 6 Summer Holidays 33 to 35 Weeks for Summer Courses, Reconcile new registers, confirm bookings, plan classes for Autumn Term
Sep Week 1 to 4 Autumn Term 36 to 39 Refresh Poster Boards
Oct Week 5 to 7 Autumn Term 40 to 42 Ensure Children’s Information Centres are up to date and they have your leaftlets
Oct Autumn Half Term 43 Prepare re-enrolment letters and marketing letters to P’s and E’s dating back 12 months
Nov Week 8 to 11 Autumn Term 44 to 47 Issue re-enrolment letters
