Thanks to all of you who came along to the 2015 Conference. It was lovely to see you all and there was a great fun atmosphere too. Coming together like this for training on a regular basis is crucial for several reasons.
- We get the chance to demonstrate activities from our vast curriculum giving the the inspiration to try out new ideas in your classes
- We get to share our pooled knowledge in order to that we are continually improving our presentation of activities
- We explore ways to improve our business processes and discuss the challenges we are facing
- We get to meet and network with other franchisees
I have been running a MAD Academy business for 11 years now and have been organising your training conferences for five years, and even though I set the agenda and plan the content I still walk away with lots of additional knowledge and motivation from each conference. I hope you do too!
