Maggie has had a passion for music for as long as she can remember and started singing in church choirs when she was five, going on to become Head Choir Girl. Some of her fondest childhood memories are singing and dancing around the house to her dad’s old LPs. Since then she has sung in several semi-professional bands around the South East and recently moved into musical theatre.
Whilst working as a PA/Administrator Maggie dreamt of escaping the ties of office life. The birth of her son, Alfie, prompted her to find an enjoyable career that involved music and would fit around her family.
Maggie has always believed in the power of music and is overjoyed to be a part of the MAD Academy team. She loves the fun, free-spirited approach to learning that MAD Academy classes offer, and is thrilled to be able to introduce children (and parents) to the magic of self-expression through movement and dance.

Testimonials
"You were an absolute life saver when I first arrived to be full time carer for Christian and we never looked back. It just seemed to be better as time went on and Christian grew older and more confident. One of the main reasons for the joy of your lessons is YOU - you have a wonderful and immediate rapport with the babies and children (and this grandma). Equally the classes are fun, extremely well planned, with learning thrown in as well - what more could I have wanted."

"We love the sessions and I think that the one this week was the best one ever!!! The things you do are so inspiring. I've been telling anyone who will listen about the skipping ropes game and the different things we did with the rope and then ending with making a rainbow (it was so sweet when they all put the ropes together to make the rainbow that I almost cried!!)."
