Kirstie Nickson
Kirstie’s
love of music and dance began when she was given the role of a big
furry rat in the musical version of Christopher Columbus! Thankfully,
she ditched the rat costume but continued to sing in many musicals in
Somerset and was in a local choir for many years.
She has two young children called Benjamin and Bethan, whom love to sing
along with mummy in the car (although she tries to remember to sing with the
windows closed as it's very loud!! )
Kirstie has a BA Honours degree in Theology but spent most of her working
life in finance. Since having children her passion for music has been
rekindled and attending Mad Academy classes for more than a year has given
her a great understanding of how beneficial music and dance really are for a
developing child.
Mad Academy classes were well established in Wiltshire a few years ago and
Kirstie is eager to re-launch the classes bringing madness back to
Chippenham, Devizes and Corsham.
